The day will run as follows:

10-1130 Science and Breathwork session
1130-12 Break - drinks and small snack
12-1330 Science and Ice bath session
1330-1400 Re-gather Q&A and summary
During this workshop Beth will instruct people on every aspect of the Wim Hof Method, including the fundamental tenet of the practice which is how oxygen and cold place beneficial stresses on the body. People will learn how the mind can be controlled, and be engaged in a variety of breathing and cold therapy activities. Whether people are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about, this workshop caters for everyone.
The program will begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and an explanation of the science behind it. Beth offers a breathing session and then the ice bath itself, which is optional. Afterwards, there is ample space and time for a period of reflection, and the intimate number of participants allows for open discussion and questions throughout.
We will then end the day with a complimentary light lunch around the fire at the tipi.
